Are all your clothes pre-loved?

Most of our fashion is pre-loved, with a mix of vintage and special pieces. We also stock a selection of jewellery, accessories, homewares and locally made treasures.

Do you sell online and in-store?

Yes. You can shop online or visit us in Balnarring on the Mornington Peninsula.

Do you offer returns?

We don’t offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, including sizing or fit. If you’d like extra measurements, photos or information before purchasing, just get in touch. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply.

How much is shipping?

Standard Australian shipping is $12, Express is $16, and standard shipping is FREE on Australian orders over $150. New Zealand tracked shipping is $30.

How do I become a consigner?

Send us 2 photos of each piece you’d like to consign, along with the brand and size, via text to 0416 633 970.

How do I know if my pieces are accepted?

Look for the heart 🤎 If your pieces are a Mama’s fit, we’ll send you a heart and organise a time for you to drop them into our Balnarring store.

What do you accept?

We’re looking for beautiful pre-loved clothing, vintage pieces, jewellery and accessories in excellent condition. Everything must be clean and free from stains, holes, fading or loose seams.

How long do you keep my items?

Our consignment period is 6 weeks.

How much do I receive when something sells?

You receive 50% of the selling price when your treasure sells.

What happens if my item doesn’t sell?

Any unsold pieces need to be collected at the end of the 6-week consignment period.
