RETURNS + REFUNDS

As a small consignment store selling pre-loved, vintage and one-of-a-kind pieces, we ask that you choose your treasures carefully.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, including incorrect sizing or fit. We’re always happy to provide additional measurements, photos or information before you purchase  just get in touch.

Pre-loved and vintage pieces may show minor signs of previous wear. We do our best to carefully check our pieces and note any significant flaws or imperfections in the product description.

If an item is faulty, significantly different from its description, or there is another issue covered by Australian Consumer Law, please contact us and we’ll work with you to make it right.
