Returns Policy

Please keep in mind that some of our products are handmade, natural and small batch, and vintage. As such, some individual variations will occur.
We want all our customers to be 100% happy with their purchases.
So if for any reason you are dissatisfied, you may return your items for a store credit, exchange or refund within 7 days of purchase date.
  • This excludes jewellery, vintage and any sale items.
  • International returns - please get in touch via email 
  • Gift cards are non refundable
Return items must match the following conditions:
  • Original condition
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Original tags attached
Refunds will be issued, excluding the original shipping cost.
Return postage must be paid by the customer for change of mind.
We are not responsible or accountable for the loss of garments being returned. 
We recommend a registered postal service, and ask that you email your tracking number to us and keep it safe on your end
How do I organise a return?
 
Email Customer Care
Within 48 hours of receiving your goods. Include your full name and Order number and photo of the goods and description of issues.

If your return is accepted.

MBB reserves the right not to accept any items which have been damaged or soiled.
Any items sent back to us without return authorisation, will not be accepted.
Outcome - Allow 7 days
Once we receive your return, we will email your store credit to you, send your exchange or refund the item within 7 days
Sometimes it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and return the funds back into your account, so please be patient.
Order Changes
If any information in your order is incorrect, email us to advise of the changes. 
We hope to help you in time but can't guarantee that your order hasn't already been sent.
 
Goods Arrive Faulty or Damaged
For damaged or faulty garments please email MBB within 7 days of receiving the goods, so that we can arrange for the faulty goods to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. You will need to return items with tags in place, unworn. You will be compensated for postage in all faulty return circumstances. We will assess the fault upon return of the garment and reserve the right to repair, replace or refund. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued. 
Wrong Item
Email MBB within7 days of receiving the items. Sometimes we make mistakes and we endeavour to make it right. Please provide a photo of the mixup to help us resolve this as quickly as possible.
