Monika With a K - Vase

Made on the Mornington Peninsula By Monika Colic 

Here is a hand built bud vase inspired by the look of vintage growlers and jug bottles. Made from slabs and coils of white earthenware clay. Glazed in coastal colorway white and green glaze overlapping on the outside and liner glaze on the inside. Inside glaze is potentially non food safe, therefore this piece isn't suitable to store liquids for human consumption.
Fired twice in an electric kiln up to temperatures of 1160C.
