Monika With a K - Soap Dish

Gorgeous square soap holder in baroque inspired damask decor with luxurious copper lustre details.

This white and blue ceramic dish was made of white mid-fire clay. Cut from a slab of clay, and decorated with damask patterns silk screen printed on the wet clay. I've added a little heart shaped feet and holes to drain the excess water that can make your soap soggy. Glazed with the non toxic clear glaze. The production process required two firings in an electric kiln at temperatures higher than 1220'C.
