Made on the Mornington Peninsula by Monika Colic 

Boho ceramic small dish , baroque inspired screen print damask swirl copper rim pottery oval round jewellery trinket dish .
Made from dark speckled stoneware clay, screen printing the pattern into the white slip. Cute shell shaped handles were added. Glazed with white glaze on the underside, except the bottom, and glossy food safe clear glaze on the top side. The dishes were fired twice in my electric kiln at temperatures higher than 1220'C.
Liquid copper lustre was applied on the rim and the pieces were fired one more time in my electric kiln on lower range temperature.
