Monika With a K - Drift Wood Ceramic Spoon

Made on the Mornington Peninsula By Monika Colic 

Monika made this ceramic spoon from natural materials. Bottom part of the spoon was hand sculpted from a white stoneware clay and fired twice at about 1220'C.

Glazed with food safe glazes in various shades of blue. The spoon handle was made of upcycled driftwood found by me at the Australian coast.

The driftwood was carefully washed and sanitized and attached to the spoon with an ceramic suitable epoxy glue.

Clean with a damp cloth.
